Demesne Electrical's New Warehouse

The project

RACK are delighted to have been involved in the relocation of Demesne Electrical to their new 40,000 sq. ft. warehouse, delivering a tailored storage solution designed to maximise storage capacity, accessibility and safety.

The installation

• 100 bays of Stow Adjustable Pallet Racking, standing 13 metres high, with 9 beam levels per bay.
• 150 pull-out drawer units, providing convenient access to smaller components and stock.
• Mesh decking fitted to all beam levels, providing additional support for stored pallets.
• Anti-collapse mesh installed where racking runs backed onto pedestrian walkways, helping to protect personnel.
• Upright protection and crash barriers, with floor-mounted upright guards fitted throughout and crash barriers installed at the ends of all racking runs.
• Coil racking specifically designed for the storage of coils with a diameter of 800 mm.
